The owners, employees and their families and the volleyball team all together for the traditional Christmas wishes and to toast the successes achieved in 2015

The big Lube Family will be meeting together on Wednesday 23 December for their traditional Christmas party. A moment for joy and spending some time together, that involves the owners, the over 500 employees and their families in saying farewell to a year of outstanding results and success, achieved thanks to our courage to continue investing in research and innovation.

As per tradition, the Holy Mass will be celebrated by the Bishop of Macerata, Nazzareno Marconi, at the company's production plant in the presence of the Chairman Luciano Sileoni and the Chief Executive Officer Fabio Giulianelli, the local dignitaries and all the Lube staff.

After the religious service, the party will begin with the arrival in Treia of Santa Claus in person, who will distribute the over 350 toys, massed under the big Christmas tree, to all the children at the party and will donate a gold medal to all the newborns in 2015 to welcome them into the great Lube family.

The year 2015 has seen the Lube Group acquire an increasingly central role in the national and international markets, through a brilliant marketing strategy that has allowed us to go against the market trends, that for yet another year has registered disappointing figures.

The company will close 2015 with an increase of 16% in total sales while the market as a whole will find it hard to register anything above a-zero growth rate.

Looking at the figures in greater detail you can see a growth in the foreign market of 5% and a market growth in Italy of 18% with a strongly accelerating trend in monthly invoices with a 22.5% increase in total sales in November and a 20% increase in December.

This growth is also due to the success of Creo Kitchens that, despite the general economic climate, has managed to double its sales performance compared to 2014, thanks to a business proposal that managed to attract the attention of potential new customers compared to the traditional customers of the Cucine Lube brand.

The Christmas party provides the Lube Group with the opportunity to say thanks to all the members of its large family who with their hard work and commitment, contribute and have contributed every day to its growth.
