DATA PROTECTION POLICY ACCORDING TO ARTICLE 13 OF GDPR 679/2016

TYPES OF DATA THAT ARE OR MIGHT BE PROCESSED

The computer systems and software procedures used for functioning of this website acquire certain personal data during their normal operation, the transmission of which is implicit in use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects but, due to its nature and as a result of processing and association with data held by third parties, could allow users to be identified. This data category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computer used by users visiting the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the digital code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.

In the case in question, the legitimate interest is represented by the activity strictly necessary for functioning of the website and for supply of the browsing service on the platform.

C) Customer Care Service
After the Data Subject has filled out the form present on this website, the company will process the data in order to open a ticket and activate the related verification procedure through an authorised dealer.

F) Filling out of the check-list
After the Data Subject has filled out the form, the company will process the data to help you design your kitchen. Please note that the form is not intended for visitors under 14 years of age or who are not considered as adults in their jurisdiction of residence. H) Contact Projects Form Completion
Following the completion of the contact form by the site's staff, the company will process the data to evaluate the implementation of the projects. Please note that completing the Form is prohibited for users under the age of 14 (or considered minors by the jurisdiction of their country of residence). If not compliant with the required personal data, it is prohibited to enter your personal data in the Form.

Under Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b), processing is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The data will be kept until the request is processed and for a maximum of 1 year.

Providing data is optional, but failure to provide or incomplete provision of the data indicated as necessary will result in the company being unable to process the request.

DATA RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

The personal data provided will be communicated to the recipients, who will process the data as processors (Art. 28 of Reg. (EU) 2016/679) and/or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Controller and the Processor (Art. 29 of Reg. (EU) 2016/679), or who operate entirely independently as separate Controllers, for the purposes listed above.

TRANSFER OF THE DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY

The personal data will not be transferred outside the EU.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS

You can exercise your rights as expressed by Art. 15 and the following articles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 by contacting the Controller. You have the right to request, at any time, access to your personal data, its rectification and its erasure. You also have the right to data portability. You have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Without prejudice to any other administrative and legal remedy, if you believe that processing of data concerning you breaches the requirements of Reg. (EU) 2016/679, according to Art. 15(f) thereof, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Supervisory Authority (supervisory authority www.garanteprivacy.it).

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

The controller reserves the right, at its own discretion, to change, amend, supplement or remove any part of this personal data protection policy, at any time. In order to make it easier to check for any changes, the policy will contain an indication of the date when it has been most recently updated.
