In fact, we expect that the internal environments in which we spend our life are healthy and safe. Unfortunately, however, internal spaces are often full of potentially harmful pollutants, named Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), that can cause negative health effects such as headaches, burning eyes, respiratory irritations, and trigger asthma attacks. Statistic say that indoor air is from 2 to 5 times more polluted than the outdoor one.

Gruppo LUBE is the first kitchen manufacturer in Italy achieving the GREENGUARD certification from UL (Underwriters Laboratories), one of the most prestigious safety organizations worldwide, founded in the United States over 125 years ago.

The program certifies that all the structures of the Cucine LUBE brand products comply with the most rigorous standards in terms of emission levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted by furniture, surfaces and paint, as well as other harmful chemicals in indoor environments.

GREENGUARD Certified products therefore contribute to improving the quality of the indoor air by making it cleaner and healthier.
